The website provides corporate information, descriptions of areas of work and links to selected public evidence. It does not constitute an offer, commitment to accept an engagement or promise to deliver a particular result.

The current authored implementation does not intentionally provide accounts, forms, checkout or payment processing. That technical position must be re-verified after production deployment.

Little Black Journal LLP is responsible for the obligations expressly assigned to it in the governing engagement documentation.

The website does not establish a universal price or payment schedule. Fees, deposits, milestones, invoices, taxes, expenses and consequences of late or failed payment are governed by the applicable proposal, agreement, order or marketplace terms.

Website access does not determine ownership of project materials or deliverables. The governing engagement documentation must identify relevant background intellectual property, client materials, third-party materials, deliverables, proprietary methods, permitted use, licensing, ownership and any transfer or handover conditions.

No project-specific ownership transfer or licence arises unless it is recorded in the applicable written terms.

Confidentiality obligations arise from applicable law or an agreed confidentiality, data-processing or engagement arrangement. Do not send confidential, security-sensitive or personal project material through an initial inquiry before an appropriate channel and handling arrangement have been established.

Revised terms will be published on this page with an updated date. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a provision does not by itself waive the right to enforce it later.

Subject to mandatory rights and any different signed engagement agreement, these website terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Mumbai will have jurisdiction over disputes arising solely from use of this website.
