Fulfilment & Delivery
This policy describes the delivery framework for research, systems, software, evaluation assets, publications and agreed handover materials.
Current website and transaction model
The current authored website is informational and inquiry-led. It does not intentionally provide first-party checkout, payment processing or a universal delivery service.
A signed proposal, statement of work, agreement, order, licence or marketplace listing identifies the deliverables, responsible parties, schedule, channel, acceptance process and other terms for the relevant engagement or transaction.
Research and institutional deliverables
Research and institutional work may be delivered as reports, papers, analytical materials, frameworks, datasets, presentations, workshops, documentation or other agreed outputs. The governing engagement documentation identifies the required format, review points, dependencies, delivery channel and schedule.
AI systems and build engagements
Delivery for an AI-system or build engagement may include a working asset, code, configuration, evaluation evidence, deployment materials, operating controls, documentation or training, as specified in the governing agreement.
Hosting, installation, migration, integration, maintenance and production operation are included only where expressly stated. A prototype, evaluation environment or demonstration is not represented as a production deployment unless the applicable documentation says so.
Software and evaluation assets
The relevant order, licence or agreement identifies the asset, version, permitted use, delivery or access method, technical requirements, documentation, acceptance criteria and support position.
The recipient is responsible for satisfying disclosed technical prerequisites and protecting credentials, keys or controlled access supplied for the asset.
Digital publications and knowledge products
A governing order or listing identifies the format, means of access, seller or provider, compatibility information and delivery conditions. Delivery may occur through a download, controlled link, email, licence activation or an external platform.
Access instructions should be retained by the recipient. Problems with supply or access may be reported under the Refunds & Cancellation Policy and the governing transaction terms.
External marketplace fulfilment
Where a publisher, distributor, API marketplace or other external service provides payment, access or fulfilment, its listing and transaction record identify the responsible seller or merchant of record and the applicable delivery process.
Little Black Journal LLP cannot promise timing or platform availability controlled by another provider, but will provide reasonably available support for a listing for which it is responsible.
Physical products
The current website does not directly sell or ship physical products. Physical publications obtained from a publisher, distributor or marketplace are fulfilled under that transaction’s shipping, delivery and return terms.
This policy must be reviewed before direct physical-product checkout or shipping is introduced.
Delivery channels and access
Depending on the engagement, delivery may occur through email, secure file transfer, repository access, a controlled workspace, a deployed environment, a presentation session or another agreed channel. The governing documentation identifies authorised recipients and any access conditions.
Client information and technical dependencies
Delivery may depend on timely information, data, access, credentials, environments, decisions, feedback or approvals from the client or another responsible party. Those inputs must be accurate, lawful and supplied through an appropriate channel.
A client remains responsible for its own systems, backups, internal approvals and use of a deliverable except where a signed agreement assigns a responsibility to Little Black Journal LLP.
Schedule changes and delays
If an agreed dependency changes or is delayed, the parties should assess the effect on scope, sequencing, cost and timing. Any revised commitment should be recorded through the applicable engagement process.
No universal delivery period applies across the LLP’s different forms of work.
Review, acceptance and correction
The governing engagement documentation identifies any review period, acceptance criteria, testing process and correction procedure. Where it is silent, the parties should assess the relevant deliverable against its agreed description and applicable law.
This page does not create deemed acceptance, a universal correction period or a warranty beyond the governing terms.
Documentation, portability and handover
Where included in the engagement, handover may cover documentation, source or executable materials, credentials, operating controls, knowledge transfer, portability, agreed rights and exit conditions. The relevant agreement determines the handover boundary and authorised recipients.
Maintenance and post-delivery support
Maintenance, monitoring, hosting, updates, training and post-handover support apply only where expressly included in an agreement, order or licence. Delivery of an asset does not by itself create an ongoing support or operation obligation.
Contact and escalation
Questions about a delivery should first use the contact route identified in the governing engagement, order or marketplace process. Direct inquiries may be sent to contact@littleblackjournal.in or raised by telephone at +91 84249 08969.
